This conference is an interprofessional approach to delivering new and relevant information to primary care professionals. The conference themes are focused on patient care updates, preventive care updates, working with interdisciplinary team members and other specialty topics for primary care. Our skills workshops include pathology of diseased organs, IP team based care, and simulated exam skills. We are requesting abstract submissions from potential speakers for the day 2 active learning sessions around the conference focus.
