28th Annual Louis A. Cancellaro Primary Care Conference

This conference is an interprofessional approach to delivering new and relevant information to primary care professionals. The conference themes are focused on patient care updates, preventive care updates, working with interdisciplinary team members and other specialty topics for primary care. Our skills workshops include pathology of diseased organs, IP team based care, and simulated exam skills. We are requesting abstract submissions from potential speakers for the day 2 active learning sessions around the conference focus.

AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (15.00 hours), Non-Physician Attendance (15.00 hours)

1. Identify updates in treatment and diagnosis of conditions commonly encountered in primary care.
2. Identify recent updates to preventive care guidelines relevant to primary care.
3. Discuss at least one change your team could make in how they work with other disciplines that could improve patient outcomes.

Cancellation Policy
