Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Describe best practices in various topics of geriatric care including geri-psychiatric problems including management of dementia, management of multi-drug resistant organisms, and palliative care.
  2. Understand the effect of leadership fatigue and identify strategies to combat this fatigue and improve efficiency in the daily practice of healthcare.
