This multi-day conference is an interprofessional approach to delivering new and relevant information to primary care providers and focuses on awareness, treatments, and important risk factors for primary care conditions across the life span.

ACCME Objectives
  1. Identify updates in treatment and diagnosis of common primary care conditions across the life span.
  2. Describe approaches to difficult conversations.
  3. Recognize & interpret common ECG patterns.
  4. List guidelines & identify evidence based approaches for pain management.
  5. Discuss substance abuse interventions for prevention and risk reduction.
  6. Identify team members to assist with rehabilitation for common primary care needs.

ANCC Learning Outcomes
  1. Learner can identify updates in treatment and diagnosis of common primary care conditions across the life span.
  2. Learner will plan to incorporate skills into difficult conversations within their practice.
  3. Learner feels more confident in recognizing & interpreting common ECG pattern.
