Overview

NNPHI project to serve rural health departments and organizations within the framework of the National Initiative to Address COVID-19 Health Disparities among Populations at High-Risk and Underserved. National initiative to address COVID-19 related health disparities and advance health equity by expanding state, local, U.S. territorial and freely associated state health department capacity and services.

 

Dr. Paul Jett is a physiatrist for Ballad Health's Post-COVID Care Clinic. He presents information on COVID Long Haulers Regional Experience for Northeast Tennessee. Presented on February 5, 2022 for Ballad Health's 2022 Cardiovascular Summit.
