Series designed for all health professionals to address hot topics related to interprofessional team performance and patient care. The activity will have interactive forms to help practice team planning.

Registration

Target Audience:

Physicians including Family and Internal Medicine and OB/GYN Physicians, Pediatricians, Psychiatrists Surgeons, Emergency Medicine Physicians. Non-physician participants may include Advanced Practice Nurses and Nurses, Physician Assistants, Pharmacists, and Psychologists.
Instructional level of content is intermediate, focused on increasing awareness for those familiar with the Integrated Care Model and providing and discussing approaches for improving behavioral health delivery in the primary care setting.
