Overview
This virtual, one-hour live presentation is held weekly on Thursdays at 4:00 PM EST and is designed to educate both healthcare providers and patients on the evolving role of psychedelics in medical practice. Each session will explore the clinical applications, safety considerations, ethical concerns, and current research related to psychedelic-assisted therapies. This educational series supports a growing need for informed, evidence-based conversation around psychedelics in modern medicine.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Understand the psychedelic landscape in regards to legalities on both state and federal levels
  2. Recognize candidates that would be qualified candidates versus those that would have absolute contraindications
  3. Participants will understand longevity of treatment response based on current evidence based knowledge and trials
  4. Participants will understand side effects and adverse effects of psychedelics in the community setting in order to maximize safety recommendations
  5. Participants will understand set and setting for best recommendations to decrease risk.
