Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Describe the latest guidelines and evicence-based practices for the diagnosis, management, and treatment of asthma, including advancements in managing patients with asthma, using athsma treatment guidelines to develop safe and effective drug regimens, and barriers to care for patients with asthma
  2. Describe the latest GDMT protocols for heart failure, and identify ways to apply GDMT guidelines effectively to optimize patient outcomes
  3. Describe ways to effectively interpret electrocardiograms (EKGs) to accurately diagnose cardiac conditions and to enable timely clinical decision making
  4. Identify recent advancements in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), with a focus on the pathophysiology of COPD, assessment of COPD patients including severity and risk, and applying the revised patient assessment recommendations to patients with COPD
