Overview

Based on the live recurring series to be held quarterly to address hot topics related to interprofessional team performance and patient care. Videos and resources are shared to improve teamwork across the spectrum of licensed healthcare professionals.

  2. Discuss evidence supporting important strategies/ programs for delivering harm reduction services.
  3. List the 8 principles of harm reduction.
  4. Identify the elements of the Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change.
  5. Discuss ways different health disciplines can support harm reduction.
